T-Mobile has a bold brand, and to attract job candidates, they wanted an equally bold talent attraction campaign.
Even Better on the Inside featured T-Mobile employees with their favorite item of magenta SWAG, the story behind it, and a look at HR’s most need-to-fill departments.
Everyone wanted to join in. We got a strategy and creative assets where none existed before. Our paid social ads targeting tech, retail, and corporate candidates got 7,065,421 impressions in under two weeks.
